Poor Customer Service

Actually very happy with the boots I received. Nice quality and look very cute. My problem is with customer service. Called as the little girl boots I received were too big and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I did not want a refund, exchange only. I did get $10.40 off on the boots and being I bought these on sale, no exchange. They said I could buy another pair and possibly get the $10.40 off. Why would I do this? Have 2 pairs of the same boots? No! I could possibly see if I wanted a refund but I did not.
Beware!!! Customer Service is not a priority here. They lost myself as a customer.
